Food came along as a side project from a side project (does that make any sense) and it was one of those things that I started to really dig deeper into the subject.
Actually, it was an excuse to just eat what I love. To start photographing the ingredients the day before actually making the actual dish. Seriously, maintaining the fluffiness of my body is a task in itself.
The hardest part is trying to be as artistic as possible and keep the subject matter true. Have I accomplished this? All I know is this, the photos i've taken, I really enjoy!
